Dry Cleaning Service, Carpet Cleaning
Explained that the rug was a gift from a long passed family member. Was assured that the rug would be fine.
Dropped off the rug to be cleaned. Rug was returned a week later. After opening the package found that the ruffles were brittle and breaking off. Returned the rugs and discovered that this office sent the rug to another branch to be cleaned. The rug was sent back to be analyzed. Received a call from this sites manager apologizing for the error. He stated the rug was not properly dried.
The restitution offer was several hundred dollars less than what I'd been told the rug was worth. We were unable to come to an agreement and resolved to have a third party appraise the rug. The next call I received was that the rug was back to the Ten-Ten location. Someone have sewn a new ruffle back on.
Calls have since gone unanswered. The rugs drops pieces continually. Don't know how long it will last.
I didn't receive any reimbursement for the service or the damage to the rug.

Dry Cleaning Service
There have been other inconsistencies in finding our clothes. Other locations may do better, but I've decided to stop going here.
