To start with, I am impressed by their business model and how they deal with their customers. To be honest, the first impression was one of the deciding factors for me. I could have gone with the cheapest guy to paint my whole house, but I would rather go with someone who did take the time to explain everything - what they are going to do, what specific paint will be used, how many coatings, how long it’s going to take, and etc. Tony, the owner, is great. He came on a short notice, explained everything that in the end I wouldn’t have anything to ask. He even called a paint company during the visit to confirm something so everything will be done the right way. His workers were excellent, professional, ethical, fast, efficient, and kept my house immaculate after the job was done. Ultimately, I really had a great experience with this company and my goal is to help other consumers to help with their decision making, and at the same, time to promote a great business.

I completed a detailed review of the work by 360 Painting on my home at 250 Amber Wood Run, Chapel Hill, in this space. My review of their work showed the outstanding quality and promptness in completing the work. After finishing my review I clicked on â Submit Reviewâ to submit it and it disappeared into the innards of the form. I could not retrieve it. If it stayed I would be happy to see it again. Aside from painting the entire house and making sure that all details were attended to, the communication between the owner, Yanling and myself was impeccable. In addition, Yanling was hands on every step of the way, making sure that the job was completed to my utmost satisfaction. I would highly recommend Yanling and her company.

The customer service was excellent. The 360 team and owner showed up on time, every time. They were all always very attentive and helpful and the quality of work was overall good. Whenever there was something to re-do they did accomodate most of my concerns. The one and only concern I've had was the final touch-up and cleanup which could have been better.

They did two jobs for me. The complete interior painting for a 2,800 square foot home and exterior wood door resurface. The contract, the supervising, finishing, and the final quality are top notch. I have two rooms with popcorn ceiling and they turned it into flat ceiling. It was a challenging job but they did it well and kept the rooms clean with protective covers. The three wood exterior doors were sanded down to fresh wood and stained three times (with 24 hours in-between) and they turned out gorgeous. Yanling, the owner of 360 Painting, provided constant feedback which is quite unusual. Also she did not collect any deposit and didn't bill until I was happy with the end result. Alan and Jose did who did the work were very responsive to my questions and stayed with the job until it was completed. I wish they had ventured out into other aspects of home projects because I liked the way they handled the business. Transparent, courteous, and confident that you will be pleased with their work. A very pleasant experience.

We were in a bind when trying to save a few dollars by using an independent painter recommended by a family member to repair siding and paint the exterior of our Cary home. That individual kept putting us off and did not show up to do the work. After getting a quote from 360 Painting and others, we called 360 Painting back because of the company owner's committment to customer service and professionalism! The 360 crew was willing to to help us out with revising the quote for painting the exterior of our home to to suit our needs and tight timeline as we were putting our house on the market! The siding repair and painting were completed on schedule, as promised. The crew showed up when they said they would and worked until the sun went down! The company owner checked in with us regularly to ensure we were happy with the work! Afterwards she came out to check the work and assure a high quality finish to the project. My husband and I were very impressed with the timeliness, professionalism and quality of work we received from 360 Painting. We were able to deliver a freshly repaired and painted house to the new owners of our home because 360 Painting delivered on their promise to us! We are very thankful for Yangling and her team! William did the work on time exactly as promised. He left the work site clean and put the furniture back after the painting was done. Also, and I think this is rare for painters. there were almost no drip or drops anywhere. The price from his company was one of the best and I am so glad I choose him for the work!

We highly recommend 360 Degree Painting of Apex.
