 + 0 moreShe quoted me $67.12 for the price. I had to pay it, I had a dead line to ship it. I called FedEx in the parking lot to confirm the price and wondered what the price difference could be. They said to double check the label and wait until they receive the package. Once FedEx receive the package and shipped, there were no issues. I called Two Gals and see what the problem was and why I was charged $26.00 extra dollars. When I called them and they were totally belligerent. They were very rude and they completely over charged me. When I asked for a refund they completely denied me and said it was what their machine quoted them. They didn't have to do one thing. I had it pre-packed, they just had to weigh it and smack a label on it. I think it is outrageous they would charge me so much extra for putting a sticker on a box. I would drive all the way to Raleigh rather than use their services again.
Description of Work: I had an item that I needed to ship to CT. It was too big for the Post Office to ship. Two Gals came up as a "FedEx" shipping center when I searched online. I printed the pricing off FedEx's website for their price quote of $41.04. I took the box up there, the item was 72x16x8 long. It was about 12lbs but it is just a long and awkward box.
