 + -1 moreRaynor Builders did some remodeling work for us which included the above work. They also built our first home (in 2002), which was a custom home in another part of town. They were always on time, reasonably and fairly priced, and they do things the right way. I was more than happy with them. We have had 3 separate, major projects with them, and we've been happy with all of them. Whether you want them to do all of the work or just part of it, they are flexible and will work with you. Every project was completed on time! Professional and courteous team. I highly recommend!
Description of Work: Installed hardwoods throughout first floor (kitchen, master BR, family, dining and hallway) price included material & labor. Installed premium carpet upstairs (2 bedrooms, stairs and hallway). Took out one non-load-bearing wall, removed a 2nd load-bearing wall and installed LVL support beam. Re-routed electrical, patched up ceiling, drywall, trim, etc... Opened up a large closet and turned it into a small office "nook" 6 days start to finish - as promised
