MABRY'S ELECTRICAL SVC

Poor customer service. Poor communication. Three different people told me three different things about the service. They refused to service my generator after the part was ordered and they received it. Waited a week with no call to schedule appt. After calling and asking what the status was on the appointment scheduling, was told they were trying to schedule to combine service in the area. Waited for call and never got one. When I called again, I was told they were waiting for parts for another customer in the area and it would be a few more days. The owner called said his company would not service me due to distance and left me high and dry without a working generator. Terrible customer service. I would NOT recommend using this company for ANY types of service. So if they were going to service another customer in the area, why is it to far to service me? Again, I would NOT recommend this company for ANY type of service or work.

The electrical meter/box and power lines were torn off the house during a
heavy wind/rain storm.  They coordinated the reattachment work with the
power company and re-attached everything.  Previously they installed
motion-sensitive lighting all around the house and on the front porch;
their work is excellent and their pricing is very fair.  They are out
go-to company for all electrical needs down in Harnett County.

We also use them for our business. They are very reasonably priced. His rates are the same as everyone else. We have used some that just don't show up and charge an arm and a leg because they can, and he is just old school, down to earth, southern, and he has been doing it forever. He is just a good person to work with.

Overall an EXCELLENT experience. Mabry's was actually referred to us by our cabinet company. We were very pleased with the professionalism, price, and quality of work. The electrical was the part of our kitchen renovation I was most apprehensive about, yet it was the phase that went the smoothest. We had a large list of miscellaneous requests in addition to the under cabinet lighting (which was the main purpose of the job). They accomplished each activity and completed everything with the highest quality and utmost professionalism. I cannot say enough about how happy I was with this contractor and will use them again for any other electrical projects I may have in the future.

They came immediately. They gave some good ideas on how to do some things I wanted to have done electrically. I would call them again.

They are just so courteous. They were so careful bringing down the attic steps and really cleaned up after themselves. Some people go above and beyond, and these people certainly do. We have used them before and we'll use them again because we really like the way they do things.
