He was on a job when I called.  He came right out after that call and spent a hour with me. He recommended the best approach to a dead motor/inverter combination product was a new unit.  I can accept that.  Why pour good money down the drain on a 5 year old washer.

My son's refridgerator died as the holiday weekend began. We called Appliance Depot in Angier NC at approximately 10am on the 29th of May and he was at my son's residence within the hour. The refridgerator was fixed within 15 minutes. What a positive experience and a great company to do business with.

They had a little problem coming this far out of their territory, but the guy came right out and did not have a problem with it. He showed up exactly on time and was very professional. He was in and out in 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, replaced the circuit board, and checked the refrigerator and everything else. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

This is the third time I have used Hank with Appliance Depot. Hank is a very polite, friendly and honest man. He takes the time to explain the repair and will offer you advice to help save you money.(i.e. he will let you know if you would be better off purchasing another washer, dryer, fridge...etc than to pay to have your current one repaired) I have been using Appliance Depot for about 4 years now an there is absolutely NOONE else that I would trust to repair my appliances, give me a fair price and do the job RIGHT the first time. Not to mention that he usually comes the same day that I call him!! This man has restored my faith that there are still businesses out there that take pride in the work that they do. Give him a call.....you WILL NOT be disappointed.
