I couldn't have asked for better service with a smile! This was a rather complex project on difficult terrain – steep, heavily wooded slope, thick with poison ivy. Due to the road paving and widening a few years ago, only a few corners remain in the neighborhood. Even so, Mr Mulloy was prompt, courteous, and every bit a professional as he took on the challenge and happily answered all my questions. I received my survey quickly and his pricing was more than fair. I've recommended Mulloy Land Surveying multiple times since and will continue to use his services.

I learned that a survey can be simple or complicated. Appreciated that Mr. Mulloy listened to what we needed and didn't try to over complicate it or over sell. Work was done in a timely manner. All correspondence was professional. He even followed up directly with the closing attorney. Could not have been easier. Very happy.

Great service, quick and friendly. Received maps a week later, it was very helpful to see property lines, since they ended up being different than what I and my neighbors thought they were. 

Tom is the ultimate professional. He was responsive and quick with our initial email exchanges and provided a complete timeline and explanation of his services. He provided a sound and reasonable quote but also shared that there could be additional costs as the most recent plat of the neighborhood was completed in 1927. Although this did not materialize, we appreciated his upfront and honest approach to find the best solution. He arrived on time as scheduled to complete the survey and was thorough, methodical and answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend Tom and would utilize his services in the future if the need arises.

A wooded lot next to me that had not been built on during the 10 years that I had lived in my home was suddenly bought and I needed to make sure that their survey lines were correct. Tom had said over the phone that their survey was probably right but as I will be selling my house within the year I decided that I needed to be sure and would have the rest of the property surveyed as well.  Tom was able to come out promptly and did a very professional and complete job. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient and explained to me that I actually owned 40 ft of the land on the other side of my house that I had thought belonged to my neighbor. He marked this quite well and detailed it on the printed survey copy. I feel like this will definitely help with the sale of my house and I would recommend Tom to anyone needing  to have their property surveyed.

Tom did a great job. I was impressed with his knowledge, efficiency, and professionalism.  He is very competent  and I would recommend him highly.  For another $75, he reported his results to the city of Asheville so all is documented. Could not be more pleased.

Tom was professional,  and accommodated the dates needed for surveying the property to coordinate with fencing schedule. Well priced, excellent communication and marked property clearly in multiple areas.  Would HIGHLY recommend and will use again. Best surveying experience ever!

Mr. Mulloy was very responsive to my call and followed-up with an appointment.  He confirmed the appointment prior to arrival.  He was very pleasant and performed the task in a professional manner.  The price he quoted was exactly what he charged so there were no surprises when the invoice arrived.  He sent me several certified copies of the plat at my request.  I highly recommend him.

I need to verify that the location of a new garage construction was at least five feet from the property line.

Tome performed a complete lot survey and marked the property line near the location of the garage.

The finished product that he provided was an excellent drawing of the complete property including

 the location of all structures, drives and sidewalks.

I requested the services of Mulloy Land Surveying to identify my property lines, and to provide the necessary survey (and set-back) information needed to build an addition.
Tom Mulloy, of Mulloy Land Surveying, was prompt with returning all of my emails and calls. While confirming my appointment, Tom was friendly and professional. He asked for clarification of my needs, and he made a point to express what surveying services would/could be provided. He also directed me to his website to view a sample of his work. Prior to my appointment, Tom perused our property, and gave us an estimate for his services. Though I was initially disappointed that I had to wait a while before he was available to do the survey, I soon understood why.
Tom is exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough. On the day of my appointment, he arrived at my home, confirmed my expectations for the survey, and then he went straight to work. Tom answered all of my impromptu questions with patience, and he gave me informative explanations about the markers placed on our property.
After taking the care and time to collect the necessary information, and (even) hacking through some thick brush to place the appropriate markers and stakes, Tom spoke with me once again to tell me when I should expect my survey.
Within a couple of days--a very quick turn-around--I received my survey (as promised) in the electronic format requested by my draftsman, and I received the "hard copy" of the survey a short time after.
I am very pleased with the survey I received from Mulloy Land Surveying, and I would definitely recommend Tom to others.

Tom was punctual, up front about his price, and very professional in every sense of the word.  The easement survey was quickly finished and the price was fantastic.  Highly recommend Tom if you have any surveying work to be completed.
