OLDE WORLD MASTERS

The finished product was excellent. The problem we had was not so much with them but we were doing this at the height of the building market and so scheduling was an issue because they were so busy. Everybody was busy so trying to get on to their calendar was difficult although ultimately it did work out for us. Our experience with their slate hanger was that there were basically two different crews that worked on our house. One was very good and the other one was okay. In the end the product worked out very well. It ended up being very drawn out because we had to find the same kind of slate that matched what's on our house. We had to find it salvaged because they are not quarrying it any more so it took about a year to finish it. It wasn't their inability to perform; it was a lack of available slate so the project lasted for a long time but a lot of that time was simply searching for the product. They did slate hanging and copper work both. The copper work was fine and some of the slate hanging was good but not excellent. They made custom copper work for the house and they did an excellent job on that. The price was fine.
