The service was great he got here when he said he would, he went right to work uncovering the septic tank lid and immediately to cleaning the tank.
I would use this service again just the jump in price and the uncertainty of what to use is the concern.
I called to get my septic tank pumped, and the company was able to come over the next day to do it. They were 45 minutes late, but they called to tell me they were running behind, and I know they couldn't help it so I still give them an and quot;Aand quot; for punctuality. The tank is underground, but I know exactly where it is, so it didn't take long to uncover it and start pumping it out. The dirt and grass were replaced afterwards, and the worker was very polite and efficient. The only thing that upset me was that after the truck left, I noticed quite a lot of oil had leaked out on my driveway in numerous spots, so I had to spend the next 90 minutes out in the cold sopping up the oil with paper towels and then trying to clean the stains by scrubbing them with baking soda. Given the freezing weather, my age and physical problems, it was not pleasant, and the stains are still visible. I see that another customer also noted that the truck left oil stains, so I think this company should do something to keep that from happening. That's why I rated them and quot;Cand quot; for professionalism instead of and quot;A.and quot; I would use them again, but only if they could assure me that their trucks no longer leak oil or that they will put something under their oil tank to protect the customer's property. I don't like paying for services that leave me to deal with a problem I didn't have before.
