I had used this company for several years for outside pest control, not really needing anything out of the ordinary. Recently, however found pests in the house and called Security's phone number listed. I left a voicemail asking for a return call, with no response. Giving the benefit of the doubt, called again the second time and left a second message; still with no return call. I received a bill in the mail and wrote CANCEL MY SERVICE. They still did not see this and the technician showed up to spray outside. Luckily I was at home and told the technician what happen and he left.
