Brad did a great job cleaning our chimney. He pointed out that some work was needed to be carried out the fireplace box. He failed to respond to any calls or emails to arrange to do this work. Disappointing.

It was awesome! They were so nice and helpful, punctual, and fast. I can't tell you how pleased I am. Mr. Faircloth and two other people came out to do the work and the whole thing was done in less than 45 minutes. They were extremely courteous and polite, very professional. My dogs were barking at them and they went over and talked to them and my dogs wagged their tails. My baby smiled at them. Very nice people and the service was outstanding. a great group of guys!  Brad is the owner and is very knowledgeable.  He was arrived quickly, assessed our old and deteriorating situation giving us all our options, regardless of cost.  His team is also nice.  He left after the assessment and, as promised, called us back with some additional info that in no way helped his bottom line.
A nice guy running a top notch business that goes above and beyond...need I say more.

I had been wrestling with leaks around my chimney for several years.  I had tried various applications available from my local hardware store.  Some worked for a while, and others not at all of only briefly. Time to call a professional. Brad Faircloth came out to look at the chimney and provide some possible solutions. Roof repair is always a tricky thing because of the many ways water can get in to a roof. He came up with a reasonable explanation of what was happening and how to fix it. It's been very busy around here for chimney sweeps in the fall because we had a dry spring and summer, when they do most leak repairs, and wet fall, when they do most of their routine chimney repairs, so they have been very busy. Since my job was not a 'big' job, they were able to work me in after they finished another job in the morning. We had a good rain two days ago (1.25") which would've given me a nice puddle in my attic, before. I was very pleased to see not a single drop!
He cleaned up after himself and didn't mind that I wanted to do some easy brick waterproofing work myself to save the money.
