I arrived home from the Labor Day Holiday to find my home running 82 degrees and the Unit making a loud noise and smelling like something was burning. I turned the unit off and sweated through the night. I called Mr. Cherry the next morning which was also Labor Day. He took all my information via phone and let me know that he had other units to service but he would make if that afternoon.
Just as noted he come to our house around 3:30pm. He asked me to turn on the unit and he began to diagnose the unit. He knew exactly what the problem was. He went to his truck, grabbed the new component and replaced the old part. Within in seconds the air condition began to work.
He asked me to come out and gave me a full run-down on what had happened. He also commended me for turning off the unit. If not I may have had to replace the unit. I spent a hundred dollars instead of thousands. He gave me a full receipt and left. i would use him again and again!
