 + -1 moreThe job took two days. The two workers arrived and with my initial direction, we came to an agreement on the dimensions and the design. From there they completed the removal of the old lumber, preparation of the original deck, laying of the extending 4x4 studs in concrete and the laying of the floor. The second day continued with the side railings, stairs, and lattice work, repositioning a gutter pipe, and cleaning up of the yard. The work was done professionally, efficiently, and exactly. I am more than satisfied by their work and attitude.
Description of Work: A new deck was installed at the rear of the house off the back porch. It is 20'x20' with three 4' stairs on each of the three sides. Treated lumber was used. The previous deck was built over an original deck. Upon removal of the lumber, the original deck was found in good condition to support the new deck. It was necessary to add 2' on both side and the front extended by over 8'. New 4x4 studs were laid to extend the new deck from the original structure. The new deck was of totally new lumber. The bottom sides were of lattice work.
