Took a bit longer than expected. It appeared the company was training an employee while the experienced electrician stood-by and directed. However at the end of the job we are completely satisfied.

They fixed it immediately. They knew right off what was wrong, that's why I call them. They are so knowledgeable. I wouldn't call anyone else, also they are quick when I say can you come tommorrow, they will try and work me in. Real professionals.

Pretty good overall service and price. I have used them twice now. Nothing outstanding, but no real detractors either. They do return calls and show up when they commit. This is more than I can say for most home service vendors that I have dealt with.

They charged $100 which included the cost of the plug as well as the labor. The work done went very well. There is nothing that I didn’t like about them. The electrician was very nice. He explained what he was doing and I didn’t have any problems at all. My overall experience was excellent. I don’t have any idea about the price charged by others and what things cost. The quality of the work was excellent since the plug is working now. Their responsiveness was excellent too since they came out within a few hours after we called. They were punctual. I would use their services again.

The electric service is working fine. We have had no trouble with it. I think they did a very good job. They were nice people. I do not know what I paid them but it was reasonable I felt.

I BELIEVE THIS COMPANY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB. THEY CLEANED UP WELL AFTER THEMSELVES AND DID EXACTLY WHAT I HAD WANTED. THEIR STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE, BUT IT TOOK THEM AWHILE TO GET STARTED.
