I have been using this Singer Sewing Center for about two years now. I have a very, very old Singer machine (40 years old) that is starting to act up. I needed to use it for alterations for a wedding and the machine quit on me. I took it here, desperate to get it working again. They went above and beyond what they needed to do to not only get it working, but to find the correct bobbins for me. The new ones that are being made for this machine are too thin and don't work properly. They found some older ones around the shop AND filled them for me so I would have working bobbins to finish the project and did not charge me for them. Since then, my husband has purchased a Singer Embroidery Machine from them for me. I had no idea how to use it and they were awesome in having me come to the shop to sit with me and go over the entire machine and also help me with several projects I wanted to do. They are not only professional, but friendly and willing to help out in any way they can. I would highly recommend Singer Sewing and Vacuum Center.

Very friendly staff. Had problems with the machine twice since getting it back. They have been very accommodating. They know I am on a sewing deadline and have been working very hard to resolve the problem. We even tried to duplicate the problem at the shop and it won't. Only when I get it home - I would recommend this shop.
