We had given 1000 dollars in full advance as he wanted. He seemed decent and we thought he would finish his job. He came 2 times but could not do it. He wanted info. from the cable company, we were not sure what he exactly wanted. When we called him to ask when he is going to
finish it, he said to make 3rd trip he would charge us. To me once he takes up job he need to finish it, no matter how many trips he has to make. And he also took the money. I agreed to pay him for 3rd trip since I had already paid him 1000 dollars. He still did not come. Now he does not pick up our phone. How unprofessional and rude. In other words he cheated us.Regina B.
