They were really great about not coming when it was raining, calling to say they weren't gonna come, and rescheduling.

I've been using Aberdeen Exterminating for about 3 years and I'm thrilled with them and I'm going to stay with them for as long as they are in business. I just don't trust any of the exterminators here in Raeford. I guess Aberdeen Exterminating got so busy that they tried to keep it at Moore County and then I met his son and they were doing my parents home and we lived on the same street. I told them when they do my parents home to come down and do mine and the son said that they'll do it. They send us a reminder when they're coming and I usually will get a call from the father and he'll tell us that they're coming and their office too. They're really good about that. I've always wanted to be a customer of there's and they have a very good reputation. I'm happy and my parents are happy and neither one of us have had any problems. One time we had a problem with a mouse or two and they left me some pellets and sticky boards and I caught me some mice using those things.

They are dependable, thorough and they give me confidence that the situation is taken care of. They are widely used in this area.

I am very satisfied with the services they have provided to me. I will continue to use their service because I did not have any problems dealing with them.

The service is paid for by the real estate company through the owners of the home.  They were fast, efficient and they did not even have to come into the house and they weren’t any bother to us.  The guy that came to the door had a bit of a cold and wasn’t overly friendly, but he was fine.  We may use them again because we see them all over the place and we think that they have more than one service check for the whole area and we see them a lot in our neighborhood.

It's like a contract.  I like the fact that they are local.  I like to use local people.  They are prompt.  They get the job done.  They are very courteous.  They are never late.  If they say they are going to be here on a Monday at 9 o'clock, they are here every Monday at 9 o'clock, in fact sometimes earlier.  They come once a month and they come on the first Monday of the month.  My husband has gone ahead and paid for the service for the year, but you can pay monthly.  The price is $40.00 a month.  I think the price is fair.

I give them high ratings and would use them again in the future.

I never had any problems with them for those years that I have used them and I continue to because I trust them. I think I pay $125 for the year. I send a letter letting them know when I want them to come out and they call back and set up an appointment. Their punctuality is very good.

THEY CAME SOON AFTER WE CALLED THEM. THEY DID WHAT THEY HAD TO DO TO GET THE JOB DONE. THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT HERE WHEN WE NEED THEM. THEY ALWAYS DO A COMPLETE AND CAREFUL JOB SPRAYING. THEY GET ALL THE ANTS EVERY TIME.
