Horrible. One of the worst customer experience I've ever had. Ordered furniture, the manager Mike said it would be in in about 3 weeks. Called him about 2-2.5 weeks later. He told he that it would be in on the 10th or 12th. When I called him on the 10th to see if it had shown up, he stated that it was scheduled to load today, 4 states away. When asked why he said it was going to be here this week he tried to ask like I never talked to him and he didn't say that. He said it should be here by that Thursday, the 12th, but he didn't want to promise anything and it not show up. I told him that he had no problem making promises to make the sale for the $2500 sectional. I told him to call me when he gets an update. So Thursday rolls around, then Friday and I call on Saturday and he wasn't there. That was another problem is he was never around when we called, think he was just ditching phone calls. So on Saturday I talked to an older lady, who was the most helpful of them all. She stated that they did get a delivery in that morning and that she would call me back. She calls me back about 45 mins later and tells me that our furniture wasn't there and that she checked the computer and it was scheduled to be picked up that day. Now all of this wont have been too big of a problem but I believed the salesman that it would be in on the 10th or 12th, so I sold the furniture that I had to make room and we was basically sitting on the floor for nearly 2 weeks. And the repeated run around made it seem like they was lying. So it finally arrived about 11 days later and they scheduled a delivery. I was there when the delivery guys showed up and while they moved the couch in they scratched the back on my fence, I asked about a discount and the delivery guy laughed and said they delivering it for free. That night I got home I got home from work and was looking at the couch and loveseat and right off I saw three more scratches about 2-3" long about 2-3" apart along one side of the couch and about 1.5" gouge on one side of the loveseat. Later I found around scratch on the back of both the couch and loveseat. So now we have & scratches in our brand new furniture. A few days later I made it by the store, which is in the new town, and was lucky enough that manager Mike was around. I was pretty hot and expressed my dissatisfaction with the service that we received. We set up a time the next day for someone to come inspect the damage and see if there was anything they could do for us. I wait around at the scheduled time for over 2.5 hours but nobody ever showed up. 3 days later we reschedule the inspection and who shows up but the delivery guy. They came in with what was basically a brown sharpie marker and colored in the scratches. One of the guys was ok but the other guy was rude, have a very bad attitude and made smarta** comments about how none of it was there when they delivered it. I wouldn't recommend Gysler Furniture to anybody. Bad customer service, late delivery, damaged furniture and rude employees. Mike finally did apologize after I called him and went off on him about his delivery guy. Little too late. Now that my wife and I have been telling other people about this we're finding out that late deliveries, damaged furniture and rude employees is a common problem with this company. Stay away, but if you do buy here. Get something in store and deliver it yourself. Unless you want no reimbursement for your damages. They offered us a discount on our next purchase, but we're never shopping there again.
