Property Management
The previous property manager, Millie Baycroft was great, but I was not impressed with the current one. She did a very poor job of screening. She knowingly put someone in the rental next to me with several serious felonies (who she had told me was "an awesome renter"), and another who either had unsettling mental health problems or was on drugs. When I told her about the felonies in a benign way, she admitted to knowing about them, then she dropped me as a client. Her accounting and record providing were professional, but I learned that she really didn't care who she stuck in the rental.
