The owner was very knowledgeable about pest control and millipedes, in particular, which was our issue. I liked that he gave me a frank assessment about how difficult it was to control millipedes and that he was going to try a new product on them that he had just obtained. Another plus was that he told me within 1 hour when they would be at our house so no one had to wait around all day to make sure someone was here when they arrived. The only snafu was that we were on vacation when they treated the house and our house sitter did not know to remind them to treat the crawl spaces. I had specified that when I scheduled the appointment but the person doing the work did not get the message. When I discovered this, they were good about coming back quickly at no charge to complete the treatment. We won't know until next spring how effective the treatment was.

I called another pest control company, as I never received response from this company. I understand that things are busy and even if they couldn't fit me in their schedule, a call back to tell me so would have been appreciated. As a result they lost a repeat customer, as I am having another company perform scheduled service on my home next spring and summer.

We had a mouse problem with our vacation house. When I first called,
the office person was out and I got the answering service. They said I
might get a call back that afternoon, but if not, they would call in the
morning. The next day, I called them at noon. We proceeded to
schedule an appointment for the following week. They never showed up.
When I called at the end of the day to find out what was up, the office
person said that one of their field people had called in sick. Could
they reschedule for the following week? I was disappointed enough to
say no. I called my property manager, who had recommended IPM, to see
if they had any other candidates. They said no. I explained my
frustration and asked them to handle this after I had left. They did.
To my knowledge, it is taken care of. But I haven't been back to see.
My sense it that the office person is the problem. Unfortunately, good
help can be difficult to find in the valley. I wasn't really happy about
giving my money to someone who is so unprofessional. But in the end,
options were few and time was limited.

They did a great job. They wiped out everything around the house. We had a bad Athena spider issue. We had a massive hatching that was taken over the house. It was not good for us with 3 little kids around. They were completely thorough. I didn't have to pay for it because the land lord took care of it. They were there the next day, so they are very fast. They are very professional.
