Following a call to the company the owner showed up to size up the job and give an estimate. Within the week he had scheduled a time to perform the work. He phoned in the morning we had arranged and showed up as promised one hour later. The work was completed that day and besides the missing branches and great view, you couldn't tell he had been there. The lawn and house weren't damaged at all, although many of the branches were large and heavy. All the twigs, needles, and bark around the trees were raked up and hauled away with the branches.
