Furniture - Sales
Local business hours are not as shown in newspaper flyer.
I also had a question regarding the piece of furniture I was interested in that was similar to one on the floor, and when I asked the salesperson, they referred me to their website. I contacted the website with my question, and they referred me back to the store. The store answered the question, but upon delivery of the furniture piece (which was a day late, and 2 hours late on that day) the piece was not as described by the store. I kept it anyway, as it was close enough to what I actually wanted.
I mentioned all the above to the manager, who didn't appear to be interested in what I had to say.
