Work was average, contractor came and went often leaving work unfinished
prompting calls from our end. This was a rental house and tenants complained about progress.
Two code violations were discovered after job was completed. Contractor did return to fix, but these were
well known plumbing violations an experienced contractor should have addressed during the job not after.
These were behind the sheet rock and discovered only while having a subsequent issue completed. We had
met with contractor before the job and he agreed not to take shortcuts and expressed his many years of experience.
