Plumbing
Installation of furnace took 4 separate trips due to not bringing correct materials and needing to order and receive some materials. A computer wi-fi connection for the furnace is still waiting to be finished. The furnace installtion process started in late October 2013 and now it is late March 2014 and it is still not completed. We have called multiple times and left many messages. Not one phone has been returned. On the rare occasion when Yvonne McCarthy answers the phone, she promises John or their son will come out on a certain date to finish the job. They never show up or call to reschedule. They have moved the business out of their building on Front Street and into their home, we are told. However, we cannot get them to finish the job. The Central Boiler Wood Burning Furnace is a good product, but we will never do business with McCarthy Plumbing and Heating again.
