 + -1 moreOn August 29, 2019 Sutton Heating came out to look at our mini split that would not work. According to our Ring Doorbell which recorded their arrival and departure, the technician was here for 1 hr and 10 minutes. He repaired nothing and said I needed to replace a wire in the wall. He left. After a week, when I had not heard from them, I phoned someone else and left a message on their machine that I was going to use someone else. The next day I received a bill from them for $395.95. The office had insisted on me giving them a credit card number before they would come out, so when the bill came, they had already deducted the $395.95 from my debit account. When I called to complain, the man hung up on me.
