General Remodeling
What I like about Paul Snyder is that I can communicate with him. He listens---and recommends certain techniques and products that work historically well for him---and I listen. As a result, my husband and I are very happy with the results of his remodeling projects and would highly recommend him.

It went smooth from start to finish! We initially thought we'd expand the deck and needed a space for the hot tub. Paul and Mark came up with great ideas expanding on our initial plans. We LOVE the result! These guys are flexible and great at planning. We did some labor ourselves to save on costs, this was optional and very up front. They were here when they said they'd be and were honest and up front on everything. The project was completed within the estimated time and they kept a clean and organized work space. I have no complaints and would not only recommend them to friends, but will definitely call them for future renovations. Quality and reliability, that's how I'd describe our remodel experience!

Terrible experience and ongoing nightmare. We have been remodelling our home. Have used other contractors. All were great (A+) and were paid for their services immediately, including bonuses.
Billing was inaccurate. Contractor responded with cc ing an attorney when asked for an itemized bill. Billing issues were brought up in writing by us on 05/06/2011. Our final statement in our letter was and quot; On a final note, the ________ are prepared to compensate fairly for work actually rendered, once the invoicing issues are resolved. Thank you. and quot; Great Spaces Inc. responded with another letter dated 05/18/2011 titled non payment. This non payment letter stated: and quot;This is a matter of trust and honor. You gave your word. If that has no meaning to you than this conversation is for naught.and quot; In addition instead of addressing the billing errors, he went on about the fact that in his professional opinion the quality of the paint and quot;would be not suitable.and quot; The paint is fine. We used the same color and paint in our upstairs bathroom in March 2011 and it looks beautiful. Then, we received notice of intent to lien against our home for 2525.00.
