appliance repair
+ -1 moreIt did not fix it. So we called back, and called back...spoke to his wife once, spoke to his cell phone, left message after message, after message....he still hasn't called back and it has been 2 months! Needless to say, we got ahold of someone else. Apparently he is very busy since he covers about 8 communities, but that is still no excuse for never calling us back.
Description of Work: Our refrigerator was not functioning. Hank checked it over, blew out a bunch of dust and said to call back if that didn't fix it.
