Clearwater Montana Properties

We went to Clearwater Montana Properties and met Kevin. He was very friendly at first. We told him we were qualified for $250,000 for a vacation property and his interest declined from there. He took us (directed us) to a few homes. They weren't what we told him we were looking for. We felt like we were being pressured and he was steering us toward certain properties. There was a complete disconnect. Every time we spoke he used the opportunity to tell us about other "deals" he had going, how much his listings were worth, and how great he is. He never took the opportunity to find out our wants and needs. We had our kids along and he was very impatient with them and seemed like he couldn't get away fast enough. It was my worst sales experience ever! I've never left a review before but if this can save someone else from what we endured its worth it! Needless to say, we never bought from this guy.

If we could give a negative review we would. We have never been treated so rudely. We worked with Kevin Wetherell and he acted like he was too busy to help. He was rude, distracted and unprofessional the entire time he helped my husband and me. He made us follow him in our vehicle all over dirt roads we were unfamiliar with instead of letting us ride with him like most realtors. His office staff was rude, especially the blonde who we dealt with when we first arrived. When we walked in there was no receptionist and it took a couple of minutes for her to get off her phone to come over and ask what we needed. Far from the warm reception we were expecting considering all of their self-proclaimed professionalism on their website. When she finished complaining about someone on the phone (yes really) and she finally did come over she didn't know where Kevin was and told us to come back in thirty minutes instead of trying to call him to see where he was at. He had a cell phone - WE KNOW - he was on it 75% of the time we were with him. Why couldn't she have called him? We had spoken with him from home so we didn't have his number with us or we would have called him ourselves. After we got home we looked at the website again and this woman was listed as the Business Manager!

We picked Clearwater because we were impressed with what we saw on line. What we found in person was TERRIBLE!

It's obvious that there are serious issues with this company, from the broker down. We chose to work with Kevin because   I would warn anyone from believing what they read on this website. This company is anything but professional!
