Auto Body Work
Marie was professional in her assessment of the damage and the quote was done immediately. I rented a car from them and left the truck for repair. Upon inspection of the repair I was not satisfied. Marie and I agreed that the repair was not accceptable and she kept the truck for further repair. The next time I went to Boyd's to pick up the truck the work had been completed to my satisfaction. Although I was initially disappointed, I ultimately was very pleased with the repair work and would not hesitate to use Boyd's again. Sometimes companies are a "little off" and the fact that Marie readily admitted that the work was not up to their standards and addressed my issues by reworking the repair made the whole experience a positive one. She also did not charge me the extra days for the rental. I would recommend Boyd's and will use them if I have the unfortunate experience of damaging my truck.
