Real Estate Service
Buyer approached seller and made offer to purchase which was accepted by seller. Patty McDonald was asked by buyer to assist in drawing up papers and coordinating with title company and seller. Purchase sale agreement was negotiated thru email. Arrangements were made for the seller, buyer and title company to meet, sign papers and close on property. All parties met as arranged, Patty McDonald coordinated meetings between all involved and sale of property occured very smoothly in one days time.
