Never showed up for a quote, tried to charge $400 for a revisit.

"We are sorry for the miscommunication on arriving for your quote. Our construction foreman did not have the correct directions and tried knocking on many doors in the neighborhood to find you. Our $400 fee only applies if the homeowner fails to be available for their appointment scheduled, and would like us to come back out again. The fee does not apply if there is a miscommunication or fault on our end. We are sorry for the inconvenience and are committed to constantly improving our customer service. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance in any way."

Travis called ahead of time to let me know that he could arrive early. He explained the process so that I could understand what he was testing. Good experience all round! I have requested a yearly service on my heating/cooling system.
