Our yard was in terrible shape. Lots of dandelions and other weeds. I called Tru Green for lawn treatment service and they came within several days of the request to give me an estimate. The first treatment was on the same day that it snowed 3" after the treatment. I called them after two weeks and told them the weeds were not dying and they came back and gave the lawn a second treatment, at no charge. This one worked and now the yard is greening up, even though there are now dead dandelions. It looks much better than it has for a number of years.

They call to make an appointment so we know when they are going to be here. It's nice to know when we have dogs so we can keep them out of the yard. Thy let us know when they have been here because we are hardly ever home when they come. They leave a nice detailed report and checklist of what they have done. They always leave a note if we need to get in contact with them about anything. They are very professional and do a good job. They show up when they are supposed to be here and let us know when they are going to be here. They have been fine. We feel no need to change.
