Transolution Auto Care Center

I noticed that my 2001 PT Cruiser was overheating by watching my gauges in car. Before taking it to Transolution Auto Care I replaced the thermostat and flushed the radiator. This did nothing to help the problem of the gauge pegging to red. I then listened for the cooling fan to kick in but never happened. I gave in and brought it to Transolutions. They pulled codes and I needed to replace the cooling fan. This was done. unfortunately, all though it needed to be it didn't fix the problem. They suggested that when it was convenient for me to bring my car back and leave it with them so they could look for an electrical problem. What that means to me is, we may find the problem in 5 minutes or 40 hours later at a shop rate of $85-$95 an hour. Overall, the men at Transolution were polite, honest and kind. They seem to know their vocation in the automotive business.

Dropped off the vehicle on a Wednesday, picked it up the following Friday.
They requested I bring in the car in a week to check for leak, with no additional charge.
After one year the system is still working perfectly.

I went in to get my car winterized, get the snow tires put on, and get the brakes checked out. They put the snow tires on, checked the brakes then found out my headgasket was about done for. So before continuing they called saying they checked everything out and wanted to know if I wanted them to continue. They hadn't fixed the brakes like I asked them too in the beginning because they said it wouldn't be worth it due to the engine. They were extremely helpful, nice, patient, and honest. I will surely go there in the future.

I had a break light and check engine light turn on on my dash board, took it to transolutions to have to codes pulled. When the man came back and told me what codes came up for the check engine light but said that they couldn't tell me anything about the break light. I was okay with these answers. when the man asked when I wanted to scheduale my in their shop to have other "complete tests" ran I told them no thanks that I would do the work myself, the man started talking down to me saying that I wouldn't know what I was doing and that I would just end up bringing my car back but with more problems because I wouldn't have them fix my car. Then another man came in the office from the shop asked when I was going to have my car in, and I told him that I would be working on the car myself, he also talked down to me, he tried to explain in very condicending way what was wrong with my car. I told him thank you but I will be working on it myself, both men were practically laughing at me. I will never go back nor would I ever recommend them.

I find them very thorough. The owner test drove my car for me to listen to a sound I had heard. He has been in service for over thirty-five years. He is very conscientious. He runs a very clean shop. They are extremely professional. They have a new building. I am impressed with their work. They go through my car thoroughly. They will let me know what I need done now, and what can wait awhile. They are personable, and caring. They have specials for price breaks off and on. Their pricing is super reasonable. I would support them over other service businesses. They have a nice waiting area with a television. It is a nice waiting area.

They said that the engine was blown and I ended up selling the car to out of Montana to someone else, so that was what I wanted to make sure that's what it was before selling. I spent about $100 or $120 on that service and it was my son's car and he paid it. They were good. They did quick diagnoses and also let us keep the car there for a few extra days and with no charge, so they were very helpful. They were great. I am two states away from where they are, but if I was there I would use them again.

I had a work van that would not shift properly. Took it in and they analyzed the problem right away. They gave me a cost estimate and time to pick it up. The price was reasonable and the service was good

It went great! Chris owns several corvettes himself and knows what goes into them. They stay up on the changes in the tech end as well I take my Subaru's and Ford truck to them as well. They have customer letters in a book you can see dating back 15 years! The garage Which you can tour is clean bright and spotless at days end. I never found a no the person in retail I would let work on my 1974 Corvette, but Chris and his crew are outstanding!
