Horrible! They scam you with a service call to assess and another to fix after you called them again. I would never trust these people again, I’ve known the owner for years, his kids are running the business into the ground and he doesn’t care. Stay away from these crooks.

Great. Worked fast, did a great job, very nice, very neat. Absolutely no complaints. I would have them back without hesitation.

took a couple of efforts (and a bit more $$) to figure out the toilet issue. The faucet issue was seamless.

Plumber did well; explained what he did so I can do it next time. Also pointed out additional potential for leaks which I subsequently fixed following his advice.

Poorly. A few months after the initial instalation the faucet came loose so we called Thomas again to again to fix it. Again it fell over so I rigged it myself to keep it functional. When I called Thomas to let them know the initial job was faulty, I asked the lady in their office how much to redo their initial bad work and the same cost was given and she rudely commented on my attempt to fix the bad job initially. I am not a plumber but thanks to Thomas I have learned how to crawl under the sink and do it correctly.

I called, they came out fast and fixed everything the first time. I have used them for my plumbing for many years and I have always been happy with the work they do.

Very prompt service at first yet never returned calls after I spent 600.00 on repairs which were futile. The boiler was beyond repair. They were to give me an estimate to replace the boiler system even said they were in contact with the boiler manufacturer they never returned my calls after the second service installation. I feel as if they took me for what they could and then ignored me. I have used their store often over the years they are friendly yet have soured the relationship.

OK, plumbers cost a lot of money..... BUT, if you have to bring in a professional, the folks at Missoula's Thomas Plumbing and Heating are the best, as far as I'm concerned. They are skilled, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Above all, they are fair and help you avoid further visits if possible. We have had them to our home several times, over the years, and, although I hate paying a plumber, I respect these professionals and recommend them highly to others!

They were not great about returning calls but did show up on time. It turned out that only a very minor adjustment corrected the concern but the detailed report that I was paying for never came. When I requested it, I got a 1 sentence pDF that made almost no sense. I was not pleased.

OK, first I have to qualify the "would you ever use them again" answer; I said "no", however they are the only A.O. Smith water heater provider in the city, and those are supposed to be the best. I would definitely be getting an A.O. Smith if there was another supplier, and I'm still considering it, but I was so disappointed with these guys I probably won't. So, here's what happened...I had just bought a new place with an A.O. Smith 40-gallon water heater (I think original from 1994) and noticed the hot water didn't seem to last as long as it should (yes, I am a woman, but a guy friend who visited agreed with me.) I had to keep it at a barely tolerable shower temperature and keep turning it up by tiny increments to get maybe 20 minutes of mostly tepid water. I called these guys and explained the problem, and he laughed and said something about he wished he could get 20 minutes at his house. So, I'm thinking 1) your wife is one p***** off woman and 2) you are a lousy plumber...but I digress. After he stops laughing, he says it sounds normal to him, but he'll send somebody out. A young guy comes out, I explain the issue yet again, he doesn't laugh, but also says it sounds normal. He goes and turns the bathtub faucet on high and lets it fill up about 1/4 - 1/2 of the way. He tells me, "well, I got a 1/2 a tub of 120 degree water and thats pretty normal. That'll be $90". I pay him and thank him, thinking the water heater at my old place must have been extraordinary. As he is leaving he says, "Oh, by the way, you might need a new water heater because (set on the highest setting) 120 degrees was the hottest water I ever got." W**? How can my water heater be working normally, yet I might need to replace it. Since, I've looked online and gotten a better idea of things he could have done (drain the tank to see if sedimentation is a problem, check to seee if the element is cracked), but didn't even suggest. As I said at the beginning, I'm torn because I would like to get another A.O. Smith water heater...but I probably won't be able to bring myself to give these guys anymore business.
