piano tuning
 + -1 moreWow, talk about rude and unprofessional. Over the weekend I had a piano delivered that was in desperate need of a tuning. After researching my options, I narrowed my options down to Stickney and one other technician. I called and left messages for both on Sunday. The other called back Sunday afternoon and had an appointment available for early this week, so I took it. When Jeff called back Monday morning and I let him know I had found someone to take care of the tuning, he very snarkily and sarcastically said, "Wow, you call for a tuning on a Sunday and can't wait until Monday morning for a call back? Okay." and hung up on me. Guess I'll strike him off my list for the future.
