Mattress was found defective 2 years into 10 year warranty, was told by thier service man it was defective, they would not stand behind the product and honor the warranty.

Ordered a bed and frame and after a month when the bed frame came in it was broken, so they ordered another one. No phone calls letting us know when we would receive the new bed frame so we had to constatnly call and ask when we were going to receive our bedframe. After 2 months we called to cancel the order competety but we were told we would have to pay $200 for a restocking fee and at that same time they just happened to have our bed come in at that exact moment. The salesman was rude, we sent a letter to the district manager with not replys.
