Service Animal 4 U

I had training for my job, therefore I had to leave town for 5 days.  I left my dog Tika with Lou Hayes (Service Animal 4 U) for the week.  I had no contact with Lou during the week, but I was under the impression that she was going to do some training with Tika as well as keep her at her home.  When I got back from my trip, I was told by Lou that I needed to talk with my case manager in regards to getting Tika back.  When you spoke with your case manager, you were told that Lou would not be giving Tika back to me. I was told by my case manager that Lou told them that due to me having a mental illness I was not fit for having Tika, which is a flat out lie. The whole reason I received Tika, was due to my illness, and she was suppose to be a service dog to help me with my that. Lou knew all of this up front.  She is a very cruel, who should not work with any animals or any people who need the animals.  She has no healthy boundaries.  I would encourage anyone who has been recommended or has found Lou's number to completely avoid using her.  She took my dog from me without any hesitation and would easily do it again to someone else for no apparent reason.
