They are dishonest and will charge you more in the end. They gave me a quote in the beginning and once they found out what my insurance company was giving me they changed their quote. I am also an out of towner and a disabled vet so they took advantage of that. I wish I had went with Blue Ribbon as my insurance company recommended but I had already committed to Rick's. USAA told me that they plan on not using this body shop in the future and since they didnt have a contract with them that they were unable to help me. Dewey is not to be trusted. I always loved the town of Missoula, MT and had a incident with a vehicle while driving to my next duty station back in 2002 and the Ford dealership warrantied some work for me even tho they didnt need to. They support the military. I will not let this bad company cast a shadow on this great town. Please feel free to message me with any questions about how they took advantage of me and my family. I tried to work it out with them and am consulting a lawyer but I dont wanna continue dealing with the stress they have caused me. I just dont want others to find themselves in the same situation. Only way to try to prevent such behavior in the future is to get the word out about unfair business practices. "WARNING" Stay away from this company. Will take advantage of anything they can. "The Patterson's vehicle was towed into our shop after the accident. Our estimator wrote a preliminary estimate to establish the visible damage on the vehicle . This was the estimate that was given to the customer. It stated that it was a preliminary estimate and it stated at the bottom that often times once repairs were started that additional damage can be found that is not included in the preliminary estimate.We disassembled the vehicle to look for additional damage. The insurance company sent out an independent estimator to write the estimate on the vehicle. The insurance estimator then wrote his estimate. When he wrote his estimate he had more repairs/replacements than our initial estimate. All the repairs that were charged for were completed in a professional manner meeting all industry recommendations. We gave the customer our best estimate and kept the customer and the insurance company informed and received their okay to proceed with every thing that we did. The insurance company paid the bill in full less the customers deductible which is in accordance with the policy that the customer purchased."

I'm hoping that "A" is the best grade. Rick's work and professionalism were outstanding and I would not hesitate to use them again.

The repairs were completed punctually, professionally, and thoroughly. They went above and beyond with extras like a bottle of touch up paint for future nicks and dings, and a thorough interior and exterior clean.

They fixed the car, but there are certain things that were fixed that were not up to par. They had given us a 100% guarantee on their work. The biggest problem was our check engine light came on once we were finished with them. They would not take the car back to fix that, so we had to take it elsewhere.

I brought my car there after my car was hit in the rear passenger doo by a car backing up while we were at a stop sign. in the estimate i was told i would get a new door, new trim, the car would be detailed and heck, they were ven gonna replace my windshield wipers with the new ones i had in the back seat. They did no such thing, they used the same door, the same trim, my car was filthy on the inside and the windshield wipers, the new ones were shoved under the seat. They made one agreement with GEICO that involved not replacing my rear door and gave me a different analysis. They delayed me getting a rent a car and ruined my Christmas holiday because of thier slow response to the insurance company and misinformation i am now forced to take them to small claims court
