Scott seemed initially professional and friendly, but on the day of service (we'd arranged 6 weeks in advance) he was running late and seemed irritable on the phone. We canceled a medical appointment to accommodate him. When he arrived, my wife was wearing a mask out of an abundance of caution (we tested negative for Covid)--Scott decided to leave the job site. He really over-reacted and made assumptions about a situation, and as a result came across as unprofessional and unreliable and really let us down. So our experience was very negative. There is a downside to the whole "family owned business" insofar as they can act capriciously and unprofessionally on any day depending on their mood.
