I did have an excellent experience. However, pricing was a little expensive.

i thought it was overpriced for the work they did (again, under 5 minutes).

Called, he came for an estimate. He provided an estimate super fast after his visit. We made an appointment for his return to do the work. He explained everything that would happen, what might go wrong (nothing did) and his process.

He worked hard, timely and cleaned up afterwards.

Couldn't ask for a better experience.

And it looks great!

After the initial contact with Scott, he kept in good communication about when he was available to to do the work for me. With my work schedule, I was pleasantly surprised that he was able to meet me after I got off work. He was very quick and educated me on the correct hardware to use for my application. I would definitely recommend Scott to anyone in need of an electrician.

Scott came by and looked over the wiring thoroughly, then emailed us a detailed written estimate. He was great at explaining everything and anything to me, who had never given much thought into what happens when you plug something into the wall. He was very accommodating with our schedule even when the work stretched out into two days. He also gave us some great suggestions for how to improve our wiring and electrical even more--we will be calling him back when we finish our basement! It was expensive, but all electricians are expensive (so I am told) and he came with stellar references and was right on the estimate. Not many electricians around Missoula will do small home projects like this one when there is so much construction going on here--it's good to know of an electrician who will!
