Rock Solid Roots for Missoula's Professional Property Management Professional Property Management, Inc. began managing residential, commercial and industrial property in Missoula, Montana and its surrounding areas in 1982. Today, our full-service team of licensed property managers, maintenance personnel, and administrative staff continues to deliver valuable property management advantages to our clients. Led by veteran professional property manager Louise H. Rock, company owner, our team is effective, dependable, and qualified in all phases of property management. We offer long-term invaluable experience in the Missoula area rental market, and also maintain a remarkable inventory of residential, commercial and industrial space. Professional Property Management is a member of the Western Montana Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and the Western Montana Landlords’ Association, and participates in other professional and community organizations. Continuing Education and Fair Housing Training are of utmost priority for all employees. PPM has no ownership interest in any managed properties that would be considered a conflict for owners of commercial or multi-family units.
