The representatives with Paul Davis were very responsive and polite. They gave us a reasonably priced estimate for mitigating mold in the attic, but it involved removing some or all of the ceiling where the attic was difficult to access. Later they gave us a different bid without the ceiling being being removed but the price of mitigation was almost double. We ended up going with another mitigation company due to the price. They did waive the evaluation of the house though, which was very nice.

Paul Davis team had good communication and information when I first reached out for a mold removal estimate. They were able to arrive to the home within a few weeks, and send a detailed report a few weeks later.

Highly recommend these folks. After recently purchasing our first house, we needed a second opinion on a possible mold problem in the attic. Paul Davis Restoration of Greater Missoula was easy to get a hold of, quick to respond, and friendly to coordinate with. They came by within a day or two of my reaching out, performed an inspection thoroughly and quickly, and then helped talk me through the other estimates we had received, along with their own assessment, explaining which parts of the work were more necessary for one reason or another, and which parts were up to our preference to complete, including which things we could probably do ourselves if we were up for it. I also appreciated that they weren't at all mean or competitive about the other inspections we had received, making a point to just respectfully point out which parts they thought might be overkill for our situation. After talking through it with the mitigation manager, Bryce Hale, we decided to only do a small amount of work by ourselves at the moment, saving us more than $8,000 for now. The experience overall was honestly one of the most helpful and pleasant professional inspections I've ever received on a house or car (obviously I'm biased because we were able to save a lot of money in our case, but I stand by this). I'll absolutely be calling them back to come do a checkup in 6 months or a year, to monitor any possible issues. If we do end up having to pay for any work, I'll be happy to pay it to this company.
