They are outstanding. The day after they put the new glass in it cracked just like the old one. They ordered a new window and they were back( within 2/3) days to install the new one. No hassles, just came and replaced it. Great service and stand behind their work. They cleaned up after themselves. This company has been around for a long time. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The service went really well. It went very quickly as well. They were in the house two different times about all day in one time and about half-a-day the one time. They worked fast and efficiently. The windows looked great. For me, the price was well worth it because we were looking at replacing all the wood and everything. They just did windows and it was a lot cheaper. The workers are very courteous. If we had a time set for them to come, they showed up. They were never late. They were courteous, efficient, and pleasant. We had no problems at all. I did not have any issues with them. I have been in business a long time and I quickly recognize businesses up to speed. I was real pleased with their whole operation. I had never used them before and they have been here in town for a long time. They did it well. They did not do anything wrong. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

punctual on installation of new glazing. craftsmanship shotty, gauges and slash marks in existing jambs and trim. lacking new grouting and/or poor installation thereof. ordered new complete windows only after a reminder months later. New glazing got interior condensation on the center of the interior in cold weather, which had never happened with the old windows. when called to complain about condensation and sloppy installation, i was told it was probably because the new windows were "better than the old ones", and had less air flow to stop condensation. the part owner "brian" did not even care to come out to look at the problem windows, let alone the sloppy work done on the install of the 14 other windows. finally after a call from a builder/client of mine, were they willing to come and barely look, and relunctantly offered to replace the 3 defective windows with the condensation. I then found out that they charged me almost $400 more than retail (not to mention they bought at wholesale) for the two new windows they ordered but not installed from a local manufacturer. would definately not recommend due to the obvious definate lack of concern of doing a quality job and lack of concern to make it right, or even to come and verify.
