Mark seemed very interested in taking the job. He stated it would take about a week. It took over a month. He was hard to reach, he would disappear from the job site after about 3 hrs, or just not show up at all. The system is good, the install was not what we discussed. He cut the sheetrock very jagged. Then told me name of a "guy" I could get to repair the rock. I was under the impression, from our initial  discussion, that this would be handled by him & part of the job. After being told that he would have told me ANYTHING to get the job, I threw him out. The question of honesty came up, that's when he stated this- followed by " At least I'm honest about it." That did it. OUT!  A very "honest liar" ....give me a break.

Mark Smith is a local Missoula man with a small heating & cooling business. I've used him in the past for other heating and cooling issues. He has always been prompt with his appointments, giving a courtesy call when on his way. He has always been professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem got the part and fixed the problem. He was thorough and also checked other things to make sure that was my only problem at this time. He was great at clean up and care of the work space the was in. He explained what needed to be done, and what was done to me in laymen's terms, which I could understand. Overall, I would rate Mark Smith, Missoula Heating & Cooling AAAA++++.
