Lavoie Sprinklers & Water Features LLC

I hired this company to install underground sprinklers. They were no the cheapest company but I was told by them that they provide a better service and product than the other guys. I was told and it is stated on their website that they guarantee no dry spots and that the job isn't done until the customer is satisfied. I was also told that there was a 5 year guarantee on all work and parts. I have called many times and left messages regarding 5 large dry spots, some very shallow pipes and some unadjusted sprinkler heads and they have never called me back. He did answer his phone once when I called from a different number and I was told that he would come by and fix the problem but he never showed up and never called. I have called and left several messages since then but have not received a response yet.  As far as the whole process goes, he showed up a week late to start without ever calling, it took him just over 6 weeks to install sprinklers in a small residential yard, the yard was trashed with ruts by the time he was done, his assistant had never installed sprinklers but was left to work by himself most of the time.  I was just happy to get sprinklers and I figured as long as it worked in the end I wasnt too worried about the speed of the installation.  Well the warranty that was stated is imaginary and doesn't exist.  He wont even adjust the heads so they dont spray against the house, he wont fix the dry spots and there are pipes that are buried less than 1 inch deep.  Not very impressed with this business or its owner.
