Jared didn't do the work himself. Instead he outsourced it to other people. He never even came around during the project. If he did, I never saw him. The workers didn't clean up after themselves. I'm still finding nails and small pieces of wood everywhere in the rocks, grass and dirt. The areas where they removed the old deck railing from the deck, and the old stairs that were connected to the house, they left bare spots. They didn't paint those areas and didn't offer to. It looks terrible. During the estimate I asked Jared to also replace the old lattice that was on the deck. He said it would be too expensive and that I should do it myself, even though I needed it done. If I wanted to do it myself, I wouldn't have hired him. The workers were typical contractors. Acted like they didn't want to be there and made me feel as though they were wasting their time on such a small project. Lastly, when the project was done neither the workers nor Jared himself called me outside to look over the completed work. The workers just packed up and left. They also left approximately $1000 worth of composite boards and materials in the driveway. Jared didn't offer to buy it back. I ended up having to lug this stuff to the backyard and store it under my un-latticed deck. Two days later I discovered it had all been stolen in the middle of the night. A Police theft report was filed. I am completely dissatisfied with Jared Langley, his workers, and the completed work. I feel I was overcharged. This experience has taken away any faith I might have had in contractors. So much so that I will probably never higher contractors ever again.

It went exceptionally well. Jared is very fair and easy to work with. He even did some of the very small jobs free of charge. He knows all of the new products now on the market and has excellent ideas on how to tackle problems. Our advise: listen to him when he offers suggestions! He also has the best sub-contractors in the business. Tom Bauer was the project coordinator and on-site boss and he's the best. We were out of town during much of the construction; we returned to find that Tom and his crew had gotten everything done, on time, and perfectly. The men working for him were highly skilled and very professional. The work area was kept clean and everything was done to our and Jared's specifications. Langley is not the cheapest remodeler in town--but who would want him to be? And whatever "extra" we paid was well worth it. All in all, we couldn't be more pleased. Dave and Carol Emmons

Lied about cost, time and credentials. Would never want anyone to go through what we went through with this roofer.

Workmanship was excellent! They showed up every day and completed the project in about 6 week. Very professional, clean, polite, and a pleasure to deal with.

I found them on advertisement. The quality was very good. However, pricing was quite more expensive than the others.

The didn't start on time Oct of 2010, but delayed so we couldn't do it until Jan 2011. Once they started they removed the old roof and did the repair work one day and put on the new roof and gutters the next two days. The work was well done and they cleaned everything up after. It really does look good.

I contracted with this company to complete a remodel of my home. Once the contract was signed, change orders started and my cost for the remodel started to sky rocket. Regular communications regarding my remodel were sparse from the contractor, management of the project was poor, the quality of work was poor requiring constant correction, and finally it was discovered, after 4 months into the project that the contractor was not paying the subcontractors. Each monthly bill was paid on time by me to this conractor yet he failed to pay the subcontractors, resulting in the subcontractors placing liens on my home. When the contractor was asked to provide specific bills for services performed and a list of all subcontractors, the contractor refused. I highly caution anyone from using this contractor for their home remodel. At this date my home is not completed, subcontractors will not finish my project because this contractor failed to pay them for their hard work to date, and I now have lien's on my home due to the actions of this contractor. Beware!
