Exterior Painting
They used sub standard paint and caulking on the exterior of the house. They painted it back in the summer of 2011 and then by the spring of 2012 the painted and the caulking were peeling off. I called them multiple times about the issue and since we agreed to a 3 year warranty I expected them to come out and fix the problem. They have not responded to any of my attempts to reach out to them. I also have tried to reach out to them this summer as well which they have not gotten back to me. This is the second summer in a row that they failed to respond to any of my requests.
