GPM Heating & Cooling

Went very well. Work was done in a timely,efficentlyAND ON TIME

I had hired a previous HVAC company to fix my furnace and they came and put a new switch on which was not made for that furnace. The heat would not work properly. The other company charged me for two service calls plus a part. I then called GPM and they came and looked at my furnace, ordered a part from the manufacturer, and then came and replaced it. They only charged me for ONE service call plus the part!

My furnace igniter stopped working. Tyson from GPM was sent out by the Human Resource Center (program LIEAP) to do the repair. Tyson was courteous, explained what he was doing while I watched, noticed I had inserted my furnace filter in backwards (he says that's not unusual), marked the part of my furnace with an arrow so I could remember how to insert a filter correctly, and installed a new computer module. At first, he had to call around to get the part, but left two really great Vornado electric heaters for me to use to keep warm. They kept the whole house warm. All in all, this was a great experience. The only thing I might say about my experience compared to the other reviewer is perhaps I had a good experience because this was done by the Human Resource Council, and I doubt if this company could remain under contract with them if the service was less than the best. Tyson was prompt and always called before he came.

Customer/Follow-up service after the sale was terrible.
