Excellent!  I had a major piece of work of that had to be done on a rental property that I own there and I am present on the ground and they did their work, managed it completely, on time, on schedule, on budget and they kept me well informed the progress.  I was completely happy.  The water main had broken between the main in the center of the street and the house in Missoula.  Regardless of the fact that the time and history is years to fix and so he dug up a big piece of the street, got all the permits and did the repairs and filled it back in.  We paved the street essentially so I owned about $10,000 piece of the street in Missoula.  The approximate date of service is probably in 2008.  The approximate cost of the service I think it is $10,000.  Price was little higher than I wanted it to be but I was not on sight and so I thought it was fair.  The quality of service is very good.  I would in fact I have asked him to do some other jobs that I ended up not doing so he will be delighted.

My husband and I were originally planning to remodel our home by adding part of a second floor and third floor. I interviewed many contractors for this job. I was most impressed with Will Gaddy's prices and personality. He also came well recommended to me by many people. After getting bids from many contractors including Will, we realized that the cost of remodeling would be prohibitive so decided to keep our old house, rent it out and buy a new one. We asked Will to do the remodeling required on both places. His bids were very reasonable and he often came in under his bids on many projects. The people who worked for him were very polite and considerate and did great work. I would definitely use him again if I had another job!

The entire transaction was handled by email and telephone. Will was very prompt in returning calls and in giving me an estimate. Since the water main was leaking timeliness was critical and he understood this very well. The work also involved excavating the line from the property out into the street (a local Missoula PSC ruling) which raised the cost and permitting requirements quite a bit. He worked the issue with the city to reduce my costs as much as possible, the final bill was below the initial estimate. The work was completed very quickly and I was constantly kept up to date with calls, emails, and photos as appropriate. This is a very straightforward guy and has certainly earned my trust.
