Fred and his son were on time, did a really nice clean job and I couldn't be happier with the result. They stayed in touch about timing and fit me in in just a few days of my original call. Really appreciated their work!!

When actually doing the work, he never installed a vent pipe -- work was done in a half day. Price was the same.

A week later we noticed sewer gas smell -- Fred did not cap old connection. I had to cut old drain pipe and cap it myself!

They arrived an hour late but that is understandable in any type of service where they might encounter difficulty and delays with prior jobs. They completed the work and had us up and running on the same day. The inspector found no issues with the work. They charged exaclty what they quoted, so no surprizes there. They were the second lowest bid, and they promptly returned a call to set up the job. We called the two lowest bids to see who could do it soonest and the other guy never did return the call.

Very friendly and accommodating, answered all our questions completely, and did an excellent job with the repair. I was a little surprised by the cost, which was based apparently on the total hours spent on the call, including the drive from Missoula -- I guess that is fair, but it caught me by surprise. Other outfits charge a flat fee to do the service call, then add the actual labor spent on the repair. Still, we were very happy overall.

They were very good. They were very affordable, very knowledgeable, and very nice. I didn't have the water turned on at the main, so he made time to come back the very next day to turn the water on at my house and to make sure the plumbing was okay. He was running a little bit behind, but I think his willingness to come the next day kind of makes up for that.

Fred and his son are super nice and efficient. They are also honest and trustworthy.

This trip was just pulling a toilet before a new floor install, changing the height of the flange and reinstall later.

Fred's Plumbing does fantastic work, and they are the nicest people in the world. I don't want anyone else to know about them because I want to keep them to myself. :-)
I wasn't always clear about how much things would cost, and many times I didn't even ask, because I knew them and trusted them to do a good job at a decent price. Sometime they even gave me (free) advice over the phone on how to fix a problem.

First Fred came to the house, we discussed what we wanted to do, and he checked all the plumbing and drain locations to see if he could find any barriers to moving the toilet. When he was thoroughly satisfied the job could be done, he gave us an estimate and completed the job quickly. We are very happy with our new toilet location. Fred has also installed a new water heater for us, replaced old plumbing fixtures, fixed leaks, and more.
